Geogrid Production Line
This production line is mainly used to produce uniaxial
&Biaxial plastic geogrid . High molecular polymer materials
which were processed by extruding, board forming, punching, are
stretched in longitudinal and landscape orientation, thus forming a
stable structure to breaking, tearing. This material has features
of high tensile strength in longitudinal and landscape orientation.
It can be used in highway、railway、large airport ,parking lot, dock,
storehouse , water conservancy project, controlling soil erosionand
project and other civil engineering projects for permanent
loadbearing foundation strengthen, river dikes , road surface
strengthen.
This technique takes into account well about environmental and
energy conservation in the design proposal. It adopts clean energy,
without waste gas, waste water and waste residue exhaust. This
production line is reliable performance and stable quality, which
has the characteristic of high efficiency, environmental
conservation and energy saving , high automation.
Extruder use PP,PE special high efficiency screw rod, to assure
high-speed, high quality extrusion. It use infrared energy-saving
heater, featuring high efficiency, low consumption.
Using PLC computer control, puncturing machine is stable running,
simple operation
Uniaxial drawframe adopts multi roll, multi stage stretching way to
assure stretching evenly, high intensity of final products.
uniaxial &Biaxial stretching and heating system adopts
conduction oil heating, to assure energy-saving and cost-reducing
Advanced electric control system is high automation level.
