PE, PP, PVC and Wood Profile Production Line
The extruder can extrude plastic directly after double-stage
mixing, and also can extrude in double-stage method after
pelletizing, which save electricity and space, features high
extrusion capacity and stable extrusion pressure. The preheat
feeding device is installed on the top of the main machine, which
can extract most of the moist in the wood powder, make a better
feeding, with excellent melting effect.
The optimized screw design results in a small shear, which makes it
hard to cut the wood fiber, therefore, enables a stable dwell time
of the material in the machine. The screw and barrel were under of
bimetal treatment, so they have the advantages of
corrosion-resistance and wear-resistance, long service life.
This production line is able to produce PE, PP or PVC with Wood
profile products. The WPC profile is a new type environment
friendly product; because it uses plastic and waste wood fiber
powder as the raw material, add certain proportions of auxiliary
additives, foamed agent. The composite profile is extruded under
high temperature and pressure, therefore the production line is
used to produce pallets, package box or board, window sills,
decorating floor and outdoor decorating product, which are widely
used these days.
The wood or nature fiber powder can account a high proportion (at
most 50-70％); The production line is multi-functional, which can
also be used to produce PP, PE, PVC, ABS and PS products.
